Enthusiasm is contagious. If you love what you do, are good at it, and are willing to go to any lengths to get what you want, then doors will open where none appeared before.

I am committed to helping actors discover their passion, learn acting tools that work, and how to apply them in the workplace of today's entertainment business.

Chris Thatcher, ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Chris Thatcher recently moved from Hollywood to Boulder to raise a family. Over the last ten years, Chris taught acting in Los Angeles, based on the Meisner Technique, the Michael Chekhov Technique, and other acting techniques. Many of Chris' clients work professionally in Los Angeles, New York, and on location around the world.

During the past 30 years, Chris trained as an actor in New York, London and Los Angeles, acted in many critically acclaimed stage productions, as well as in film and television, and directed for both stage and film. Chris also studied with Michael Chekhov's associate, the late Jack Colvin, NYU's Richard Schechner, and renowned LA Meisner teacher, Fran Montano.

In addition to holding academic degrees in Theatre, and being an active member of theatrical unions and guilds, Chris is also a certified practitioner of somatic psychotherapy, which enables him to teach actors a deeper, more truthful approach to character psychology and objectives.
